Targeted Approach with Measurable Results 

The project approach included weekly on-site dashboard development for half a day, with direct customer interaction at the core. At the beginning of each session, a brief measurement was taken to discuss additional requirements. At the end of the half-day, there was a short alignment moment to discuss progress. For the rest of the week, the customer had time to test and gather feedback. These improvements were made to optimize the data flow and to facilitate the assessment of the performance and viability of ongoing projects.
 
Immediately after the dashboard implementation, the results were remarkable. Meetings became significantly shorter, with an average duration of about 20 minutes per Project Manager, compared to the original 90 minutes. Project Managers now had a clear overview of their administrative tasks before the meeting began, solving many issues as preparation for the meeting.
