Then we might just be your next adventure! As a Service Consultant at Dynapps, you’ll work closely with existing customers, helping them optimize their processes through short, hands-on ERP projects. You’ll take ownership from A to Z — from scoping and planning to implementation and support.

Not to be confused with support or helpdesk! You’ll act as a trusted advisor, working proactively and functionally with your customers.

Your role

- Your job is all about understanding their needs and translating those requirements into practical solutions in Odoo.
- You think along, give clear advice, and are not afraid to suggest (creative) improvements where needed.
- Once the solution is clear, you document everything clearly and hand it over to your technical colleagues.
- You also test and validate what’s been developed to make sure it meets the client’s expectations.
- Along the way, you support your client (key users) with training and workshops, helpful documentation, and clear workflows.
- On top of that, you will help customers with urgent questions or issues. You step in when something unexpected happens and make sure it gets solved quickly.
- You won’t do it all alone — you’ll work closely with your colleagues, because most implementations involve teamwork and additional features.

What you bring

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
You enjoy variety and love switching between different tasks throughout the day.
You bring energy, passion, and aren’t afraid to take initiative or make decisions.
You’re a communicator — both with your team and with clients.
You enjoy solving complex challenges and thinking outside the box.
You’re great at spotting what a client really needs and translating that into actions.
You value teamwork and a supportive atmosphere.
You’re fluent in both Dutch and English.
Nice to have: experience with implementations, process improvement, or functional consulting
