Then keep reading. As a Project Manager at Dynapps, you lead a team of around 8 functional and technical consultants and steer multiple Odoo projects from kick-off to go-live — guarding scope, planning, budget and quality every step of the way.

 



What you'll take ownership of

  • The team. ~8 consultants, functional and technical — both project and people management sit with you.
  • The projects. Multiple Odoo implementations end-to-end, from A to Z.
  • The numbers. Scope, planning, budget, quality — you keep them all in check.
  • The client. You're the main point of contact and run communication through Jira and Confluence.
  • The risks. You spot them early and act before they become problems.
  • The growth. Clear goals, evaluation talks, and the right push to help your consultants level up.
  • The vibe. You stimulate knowledge sharing, initiative and collaboration — and you spot new opportunities others miss.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on ERP implementations, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Comfortable with project management methodologies — structured, accurate, proactive.
  • A strong communicator who reports clearly and stays calm under pressure.
  • You delegate well, prioritize ruthlessly, and give your team room to take initiative.
  • You combine strategic vision with a hands-on, pragmatic mindset.
  • Positive and engaged — the kind of leader people want to work for.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
