This solution allows retailers to efficiently manage products and promotions while providing more flexibility in sales, invoicing, and service. "The integrated point-of-sale system has significantly simplified the process, enabling us to serve customers in the store even better and faster." Integration was established with the existing PIM system (Product Information Management system) from Niwzi, serving as a central database. This enables optimal exchange of product data and inventory availability on the website.

Field-service: simplified tracking of deliveries and repairs.
The integration of field service has significantly simplified the tracking of deliveries and repairs for technicians as well. "Our technicians carry a tablet with them on the field, allowing them to register their time and additional requirements, have customers sign the order form, and then send the data directly to our internal department and accounting."
