Jannes - why Dynapps?

How did the first few weeks go?
Although there was no official buddy system at the time, colleague Koen Vranken informally took on this role. "Koen showed me the ropes and was a huge help during the onboarding process," Jannes recalls. "The warm welcome from my colleagues made starting a new job much less intimidating."
Currently, every new colleague is assigned a dedicated buddy who gets to know you the 'Dynapps way' in an informal way. So, in addition to your direct teammates, you can always turn to a buddy for questions.
"Starting a new job is always exciting, but the colleagues at Dynapps have made that incredibly easy actually."
Where do you get the most energy from?
"Building strong relationships with my clients and solving their problems, no matter how big or small, brings me the most satisfaction," says Jannes. These interactions keep him motivated every day.
What learnings have you gained?
"Elke dag leer ik wel iets nieuws bij Dynapps, dankzij de enorme kennispool binnen het bedrijf," legt Jannes uit. Zijn aanpak voor projecten is gestructureerd en grondig, waarbij hij steeds blijft doorvragen tot hij een oplossing vindt.
Do you have tips for future colleagues?
"Every day, I learn something new at Dynapps, thanks to the vast pool of knowledge within the company," Jannes explains. His approach to projects is structured and thorough, always probing deeply to find solutions.
"The great thing about Dynapps is that there is so much knowledge (about Odoo, but also in general) in the company, that I feel I am learning every day, even after almost two years of employment."
