As a fast-growing company, operating throughout Belgium and beyond, we are constantly seeking talented colleagues to strengthen our team. Currently we are looking for a Frontend Developer to work on the realization and maintenance of webshops/websites within our e-commerce team.
Who is our new colleague?
- You are a team player with an eye for detail.
- You have experience in frontend development.
- You have excellent knowledge of JavaScript.
- As well as HTML, XML, CSS, SCSS, LESS.
- Additionally, you have experience with Python.
- You have experience with PostgreSQL or other databases, collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- A foundation in UX best practices and/or technicalities related to online marketing (SEO/SEA) is a plus.
Job Description
- As a Frontend Developer, you work closely together with your technical and functional colleagues and report to your Project Manager.
- You engage in technical analysis and development of new functionalities within the Website and E-commerce domains.
- You always strive for the best solution for the customer and think proactively.
- You make a crucial contribution to the realization and maintenance of state-of-the-art websites/webshops.
- Our website/webshop communicates directly with our ERP system, so you also get involved with the back-end of Odoo.
- Some clients prefer a specific design and often hire a graphic designer for this purpose. With your eye for detail, you can interpret these designs and then implement them.
