What you'll take ownership of

• You dive into your client’s business processes through workshops, surveys and analysis, and explore how these can be aligned with Odoo’s capabilities.  
  
• You’re creative and communicative in formulating and developing advice, solutions, and additional improvement proposals.
• You will be the advisory partner to the client, collaborating on finding the best solution in Odoo. 
• Is everything clear? Great! In that case, you create a comprehensive report and manual to facilitate the translation to your technical colleagues. 
• You actively use AI tools, as they have become an integral part of the IT landscape.
• You’ll test and validate the environment your colleagues build, making sure it matches the expectations and requirements discussed with the client.
• Along the way, you coach the client through trainings sessions, clear documentation and workflows, guiding key users step by step through the change process.
• You're not on your own. You’ll work closely with your colleagues, since most implementations require teamwork and additional features.

What we're looking for

•  You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• You have a strong affinity with AI, as it is becoming increasingly important in the role.
• You have strong experience in advising on business processes.
• You enjoy communicating both within your team and with clients.
• You like diving into complex challenges and coming up with creative, well-thought-out solutions.
• You quickly understand your clients’ needs and translate them into practical outcomes.
• You value collegiality and believe strong teamwork makes the difference.
• You have experience with ERP implementations, business process optimisation and functional analysis.
• You have a background in consulting or a similar client-facing role.
• You are fluent in Dutch and very good in English.
