Then you’re in the right place with us! As a Consultant at Dynapps, you’ll work closely with our customers to analyze, optimize and digitize their finance processes. You will work for various and diverse clients, building long-term relationships. ​You’ll take the lead: from functional analysis, advising on business processes and solution design to successful implementation — all while guiding your clients through every step of change. We are constantly looking for talented colleagues to strengthen our team.

    What you'll take ownership of

    • A travers des ateliers et des enquêtes, vous analysez les processus d’entreprise de votre client et identifiez comment ceux-ci peuvent s’aligner dans Odoo.
    • Vous êtes créatif et communicatif dans la formulation et l’élaboration de conseils, de solutions et éventuelles de propositions d’amélioration complémentaires.
    • You act as a sparring partner for the client and work together to make business processes more efficient.
    • You write reports, manuals, and technical documentation that bridge the gap between business and IT. Administrative work and technical manuals do not intimidate you.
    • You actively use AI tools, as they have become an integral part of the IT landscape.
    • En consultation avec le client, vous configurez le logiciel et mettez en place l'environnement ERP.
    • Vous testez et validez l'environnement développé par votre collègue. Il est de votre responsabilité de vérifier si cela correspond à la demande du client.
    • Vous coachez le client à l’aide de sessions de formation, de documentation et des workflows clairs. Vous accompagnez les utilisateurs clés tout au long du processus de changement. 
    • Une implémentation va souvent de pair avec d’autres fonctionnalités. Vous travaillez donc en collaboration avec vos collègues: les développeurs, chefs de projet, business consultants,…  

    • What we're looking for

    • Vous avez obtenu un diplôme de bachelier ou de master.
    • You have a strong affinity with AI, as it is becoming increasingly important in the role.
    • Vous savez mieux que quiconque comprendre les besoins de vos clients.
    • You understand the importance of clear and accurate documentation/administration.
    • Vous êtes passionné, entreprenant et n’avez pas peur de prendre des décisions.
    • Vous êtes communicatif, tant envers votre équipe qu'avec le client.
    • Vous adorez vous plonger dans des problèmes complexes et proposer des solutions créatives.
    • You have experience as a finance analyst, accountant, business analyst, ERP analyst, or in a similar role.
    • You have experience with implementations, business process optimization, or functional management.
