As a Project Consultant, you help customers analyse how their organisation works today, identify inefficiencies and guide them towards better ways of working. You translate those insights into practical ERP solutions and support the full journey — from analysis and design to go-live. AI is part of this journey, as it is already shaping today’s IT landscape.

Vos responsabilités

  • A travers des ateliers et des enquêtes, vous analysez les processus d’entreprise de votre client et identifiez comment ceux-ci peuvent s’aligner dans Odoo.
  • Vous êtes créatif et communicatif dans la formulation et l’élaboration de conseils, de solutions et éventuelles de propositions d’amélioration complémentaires.
  • You will be the advisory partner to the client, collaborating on finding the best solution in Odoo. 
  • Is everything clear? Great. In that case, you will create a comprehensive report and manual to facilitate the translation to your technical. Technical manuals do not intimidate you, as you are comfortable working with them.
  • You actively use AI tools, as they have become an integral part of the IT landscape.
  • Vous testez et validez l'environnement développé par votre collègue. Il est de votre responsabilité de vérifier si cela correspond à la demande du client.
  • Vous coachez le client à l’aide de sessions de formation, de documentation et des workflows clairs. Vous accompagnez les utilisateurs clés tout au long du processus de changement.
  • Vous collaborez étroitement avec vos collègues — développeurs, project managers et autres consultants — car les implémentations impliquent souvent des fonctionnalités supplémentaires.  

Profil recherché

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • You have a strong affinity with AI, as it is becoming increasingly important in the role.
  • You have strong experience in advising on business processes.
  • Vous appréciez la communication, tant au sein de votre équipe qu’avec les clients.
  • Vous aimez vous attaquer à des problématiques complexes et proposer des solutions réfléchies et créatives.
  • Vous comprenez rapidement les besoins des clients et les traduisez en résultats concrets.
  • Vous accordez une grande importance à la collégialité et croyez en la force du travail d’équipe.
  • Vous disposez d’une expérience en implémentation ERP, optimisation des processus métier et analyse fonctionnelle.
  • Vous avez une expérience en consulting ou dans un rôle similaire orienté client.
  • Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais et avez un très bon niveau en anglais.
