Here’s what she shared about her story, her first impressions, and her ambitions for Dynapps France.
Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your background before joining Dynapps France?
After studying psychology and sociology at university, I had the opportunity in 2019 to take on a role that involved recruitment — that’s what set me on the path toward HR.
I then completed a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Human Resources to build on my experience and worked as a Recruitment Officer in the field that interested me most: IT.
What motivated you to join Dynapps, and what appealed to you about the project?
When I discovered the opportunity at Dynapps France, I immediately connected with the company’s values and vision — especially the emphasis on trust-based relationships with employees and the strong respect for work-life balance.
I also find the Odoo solution particularly fascinating: it’s growing fast, and for me, it represents a great opportunity for learning and contribution.
What also won me over was the chance to be part of building something — co-developing with the team, introducing new practices or processes, improving what already exists, and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
What are your first impressions after a month with the team?
After a month with the team, my first impressions have only been confirmed! You can really feel the motivation and cohesion within the group, as well as the trust that’s placed in everyone.
The flexible working arrangements allow each person to find their balance, and communication with managers feels simple, open, and transparent.
What will your main missions and priorities be in the coming months?
My main mission in the months ahead will be focused on recruitment: helping the team grow and welcoming new talent on board!
Alongside that, I’ll be working on other topics such as skills development, employee training, and managing the acquisition and renewal of certifications.
Are there any particular topics or initiatives you’d like to develop at Dynapps?
(e.g., CSR, quality of work life, training, etc.)
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is something I care deeply about. Being very sensitive to ecological and social issues, I’d like to help Dynapps France strengthen its impact in these areas and continue moving toward a more responsible and sustainable approach.
I’m also very committed to quality of work life. At a time when employee well-being and mental health are crucial issues, I want to listen to my colleagues, respond quickly to their questions and needs, and foster continuous improvement — to make sure we’re providing the best possible environment for our team
Finally, any anecdotes or a word that sums up your onboarding at Dynapps?
Even before my official start date, I had the chance to be invited to the Scopea Days event in June and meet some of my future teammates in a laser tag arena. (I obviously didn’t win — just to avoid bruising any egos, nothing to do with my unmatched lack of talent ;-) )
