Bridging Business and Technology
With a background in supply chain management, Anne understands better than most the importance of designing efficient processes and ensuring they work seamlessly together. At her previous employer, she was also responsible for implementing an ERP system. Her experience in bridging the gap between technical teams and management makes her a valuable asset in her role at Dynapps. “It’s incredibly valuable that I understand both the technical and business sides,” Anne says. “It helps me communicate client needs clearly and ensure the solutions we choose truly fit their processes.”
From Australia and New Zealand to Capelle
In the fall of 2024, Anne took a break from her previous role to follow a lifelong dream: traveling to Australia and New Zealand. For eight months, she explored untouched landscapes, stunning beaches, and vibrant cities. Eventually, it was time to return to the Netherlands and resume her professional journey. When a friend pointed her to career opportunities at Dynapps, she decided to apply—and was successful.
A flying start
During an intensive onboarding week at Dynapps’ headquarters in Geel, Belgium, Anne gained a thorough understanding of the company’s processes. She then immediately began contributing to various projects. “It’s great to start working on real projects right away and learn by doing. It also allows me to add value to our projects and clients more quickly.”
With Anne joining the team, Dynapps now has another experienced professional who understands both the technical and strategic sides of business, enabling us to serve our clients even better.
