Rencontre avec Jessica, Responsable des Ressources Humaines chez Dynapp

Jessica rejoint Dynapps pour mettre à profit son expertise en ressources humaines.
Elle partage aujourd’hui ses premières impressions et sa vision pour accompagner l’épanouissement et la montée en compétences des collaborateurs.


Can you briefly introduce yourself and your background before joining Dynapps France?


Passionate about human relations for as long as I can remember, I began my career working in corporate HR before spending several years in the consulting sector.



What motivated you to join Dynapps, and what convinced you most about the project?


Working in HR within a sector I am particularly fond of—consulting. A sector rich in diverse expertise and agility, with a multicultural and multidisciplinary team at its core.


What are your first impressions after your first few weeks with the team?


A very smooth onboarding.

“Kindness” is the word that best describes the relationships between consultants, and it is a real strength within the company.

A wealth of expertise and a broad sharing of varied experiences.



As HR Manager, what will be your main priorities and the key HR initiatives you want to develop in the coming months?


Ensuring employees’ skills development through continuous learning initiatives.

Promoting a culture of transparency, including the implementation of pay transparency guidelines, and standardizing our performance evaluation system.

Finally, with the support of our trainers, ensuring the quality of our training offer, notably through the renewal of our Qualiopi certification.


Are there any themes or initiatives you would particularly like to champion or strengthen at Dynapps (CSR, skills development, quality of work life, etc.)?


I want to promote a quality work environment that fosters well-being, balance, and long-term employee engagement.

I also aim to continue developing a culture of skills enhancement by offering continuous and accessible learning paths for everyone.

My goal: to create an environment where each person can grow, feel supported, and be fully empowered in their professional development.


Finally, do you have an anecdote or memorable moment that sums up your integration at Dynapps?


My onboarding happened at the same time as Dynapps FR’s integration into the Dynapps group (a Belgian group). As a Belgian living in the southwest of France, this moment symbolized the meeting of my two professional worlds.

I found my place as a bridge between teams, at the crossroads of cultures that feel familiar to me.

And surprise: here I am speaking Dutch again! A language I know, but one I didn’t expect to use professionally in France. 😊
